Information we collect

When you submit the Join YIA form, we may receive your name, email address, age, state, interests, and the responses you choose to provide.

Privacy-friendly site analytics

YIA counts page views, general device type, and the referring website so we can understand which resources are useful. The system does not use advertising cookies, create visitor profiles, or intentionally store names, email addresses, full IP addresses, or precise locations. Do Not Track requests are honored, and analytics records are retained for up to 90 days.

How we use information

YIA uses submitted information to respond to membership interest, communicate about opportunities, operate the website, and improve organizational programs.

Service providers

Website hosting and form-delivery providers process limited information to operate these services. Form submissions are delivered to YIA leadership by email through FormSubmit.

Young users

Do not submit sensitive personal information. A parent or guardian may contact YIA regarding information submitted by a minor.

Retention and choices

YIA retains information only as reasonably needed for organizational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing youthinactionnet@gmail.com.

Changes

This notice may be updated as YIA develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
